FAQs

  • Mat Pilates is a workout where breathwork guides you through movement, by implementing props like bands, ankle weights, dumbbells and more!

    Each session is 50 minutes.

  • How exciting! If you have never done mat pilates before, no worries! We are always excited to show you what it is all about, and will help guide you through.

  • Only 2 things! Water and athleisure. Remember, the closer the clothing is to the body, the more our mentors can see your breath at work. This assists in any form modifications that can help you improve!

    Also, please be mindful, as our studio is boutique, to kindly leave fragrant perfumes and/or lotions off until after class.

    We also suggest bringing a towel for your mat, it can get a little sweaty! We have them for rent at our studio as well.

  • Yes, thank goodness…

    There is limited, free parking in the rear, as well as metered street parking. Please only park in stalls that say “Suite E”

  • You can come to any of our classes mama! Our mentors are able to modify movements for you.

    But before you come in, we ask that you please check with your primary caretaker prior to booking a class.

  • Given that our studio is boutique, and we sometimes have a waitlist, anytime 10 hours prior to class time, you can cancel at no charge!

    After that 10 hour mark, you will be charged a late fee.

    No-shows: If you miss a class without canceling, you will be charged the full drop-in class rate as a no-show fee.

  • Yes! From day of purchase:

    5-Packs expire after 3 months

    10-Packs expire after 5 months

    20-Packs expire after 6 months

  • Membership starts on the day of purchasing. One class per day either Reformer or Mat Pilates.

    The membership will auto-renew each month.

    You receive 10% off all merchandise sold in studio.

    You get one guest pass each month (bring one friend in for free once a month!)

    If you wish to cancel your membership, you will need to email the studio at least 10 days prior to your auto-renewal date, as you will not be able to do so on Mindbody.

    The same no-show and late cancellation fees still apply. This purchase is non-refundable.

  • Sure thing! Just make sure you’re here no later than 5 minutes or you’ll be charged a late fee.

    Please understand that it is not safe to jump into a class too late, as the first five minutes is essential warm-up time.

    A no-show is charged the full class amount. If you purchased a pack of classes, one class will be deducted.

  • We love your babies, humans and furry ones, but we cannot accept them in the studio for unknown allergies and hygienic reaons.
